Business Intelligence Specialist page is loaded## Business Intelligence Specialistremote type: Remotelocations: Mexico Remotetime type: R362Business Intelligence (BI) supports the internal functions of Wilson as well as our external clients with not just Reporting but it’s analysis and interpretation. A leading member of the BI team, the BI Specialist is a reporting and analytics guru with an inquisitive mindset. You will design and build bespoke reports based on internal and client data from diverse specialized systems. You will not only prepare and help drive the direction of our business intelligence function but provide insight via commentary and interpretation in delivering meaningful data. Take ownership and maintenance of an existing suite of client reports in addition to working collaboratively with internal customers to further develop reporting based on the requirements of Wilson.**ABOUT YOU**- Process data (Workday/Avature) to create and deliver standard reports (IE consistent with agreed calendar)- Analyze created reports to ensure the calculated results are correct and consistent- Maintain communication with all clients (internal and external) to collect and abstract necessary data- Identify and implement complex changes to existing reports- Create data analysis, dashboards, and data visualization on a project basis- Maintain “reporting manuals” for all clients with regular, consistent updating- Be conscious of data protection and sensitivity in processing client data- Follow processes of Global Shared Services in capturing client BI requests- Update in a timely manner the BI site on Drive**REQUIREMENTS**- Soft skills - attention to detail, high accuracy, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability- English language skills (written and verbal) at C1 level or above- Passionate about BI and data analyticsWelcome to the Wilson Careers page!
