Recruiter (Headhunting Focus) – Full-Time (Remote)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $8–$10 per hour (USD)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Rosenblum Law is a fast-growing law firm dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services with a strong emphasis on efficiency, client satisfaction, and results. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in headhunting.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong headhunting background to take full-cycle ownership of the recruitment process. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent using modern recruitment tools and strategies.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
Conduct high-quality interviews and effectively assess candidate fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- Strong English fluency required
- Experience recruiting for legal or professional services roles is a plus
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
Must be able to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
