Senior Data Testing Specialist

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Data Analyst with strong experience in dashboard development, data modeling, and Power Query. The ideal candidate should have advanced English proficiency and experience working in agile environments. This role focuses on building and optimizing Power BI solutions to support supply chain operations, improving data visualization, reporting, and overall data-driven decision-making.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Build descriptive and diagnostic Power BI dashboards for supply chain operations (KPIs, drilldowns, exception views). Develop and maintain semantic model components (DAX measures, relationships) and optimize report performance. Perform data shaping and transformation using Power Query (M). Build/maintain reporting-ready datasets and semantic models within Power BI aligned to agreed definitions and KPI logic. Consume curated datasets produced from enterprise data sources (e.g., SAP S/4HANA data flowing into a curated reporting layer). Work in an agile format with sprint-based delivery, regular demos, and iteration based on stakeholder feedback. Report into a Product Manager and work closely with business SMEs for validation/UAT. Deliver Power BI dashboards/reports for prioritized supply chain use cases (descriptive and diagnostic). Document report logic/definitions sufficient for sustainment (key measures, transformations, refresh assumptions). Support during testing/UAT cycles and defect resolution as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Power BI development experience (visual design, dashboard UX, DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling). Fluent English (written and spoken). Comfortable working in agile delivery and iterating quickly based on feedback.
