IT and Development Engineer
Design, implement, and manage computer applications and systems that support organizational processes and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain computer applications that support productive, administrative, and storage processes.
Design and implement solutions aligned with business needs and write operating procedures and system documentation.
Install and manage SQL Server and web servers (IIS), ensuring confidentiality and security of managed information.
Provide user support, troubleshoot application‑related issues, and train users on system functionality and best practices.
Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards, Johnson Controls Manufacturing System Guidelines (JCMS), ISO *** Management System requirements, and fulfill the role of HPT facilitator when applicable.
Evaluate direct staff annually, establish action plans, promote organizational health, and support onboarding and integration of new staff.
Supervise time and attendance management in KRONOS and comply with local and corporate training programs.
Implement prevention procedures, correct anomalies, and assign preventive functions for personnel under charge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert Full Stack Developer with proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, SQL Server, IIS, and the Microsoft Visual Studio Suite.
Advanced SQL language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working across Windows, iOS, and Linux systems.
Strong analytical, proactive, and leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication; teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
Develop scalable, high‑quality applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Design and maintain custom objects, automation, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries.
Extend and enhance existing Salesforce data models and business logic.
Build and maintain integrations with third‑party systems via REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs.
