Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at WK Kellogg Mexicali!Are you passionate about industrial maintenance and optimizing equipment in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of machinery and facilities. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring that all work is carried out to safety and quality standards.

Supervise and execute the weekly maintenance plan, ensuring personal and team safety.
Reduce downtime and ensure production plans are met through effective preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to create and execute preventive maintenance plans.
Develop and manage critical parts files, layouts, maintenance programs, and inspection lists.
Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts in SAP, ensuring necessary stock levels.
Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resources, tools, and spare parts.
Provide operational support for equipment testing, cleaning, and line start-ups.
Monitor and follow up on work orders generated in previous shifts.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: At least 2 years in industrial maintenance or similar roles.
Intermediate level in industrial mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Intermediate level in welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Basic SAP management, computer skills, and PLC knowledge (desirable).
Expertise in interpreting electrical diagrams and basic knowledge of metrology and machining.
