As the Senior Production Supervisor of Quality at Danfoss Reynosa , you will lead the charge in ensuring that our quality operations meet the highest standards. Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of quality and data-driven decision-making, making a significant impact on our operations and customer satisfaction.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with production, engineering, and customer-facing teams to resolve quality issues and support new product introductions. Your expertise will guide the application of Core Tools and ensure compliance with quality management systems. Supervise Quality Technicians and Auditors , ensuring inspections and documentation align with established standards.

Support customer quality processes , facilitating complaint handling, 8D investigations, and PPAP submissions.

Drive Quality culture and continuous improvement , integrating QMS requirements into daily operations and promoting accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Quality, or related Engineering field.

• 3–5 years of experience in quality operations or engineering in a manufacturing environment; Proficiency in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans) and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Fluent in English and Spanish , with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in SAP or ERP systems (preferred).
