Strategic Planning and Business Analysis Manager

At ArcelorMittal’s Global Strategy Area, we’re looking for a Strategy & Planning, based at our Monterrey’s office to support the strategy team of ArcelorMittal Mexico, USA and Canada. The strategy & planning manager will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

To be successful as a Strategy & Planning manager you should have research experience, an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. Ultimately, a top-notch strategy manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The selected candidate will take responsibility for and/or support energy management analysis, covering different aspects of such risks:

At ArcelorMittal Mexico, you work with steels used to connect remote communities: by road, ship, bridge, and high-speed rail.

Bachelor’s degree in economy, finance, engineering or related fields. MBA preferred.

Carry out research, analysis and monitoring of the market, which reveals important data for the company to establish objectives and strategies.

• Giving national and regional monitoring of key companies in the steel industry.
• Support and guide senior management decision-making processes to detect company failures and opportunities presented by the market. Align both bridges to build a win-win relationship between brand and market.
