HR Coordinator Manufacturing

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that designs, builds, and delivers innovative products across the globe.
We are seeking an HR Generalist for the Guadalajara South Campus to oversee manufacturing operations, support HR strategy, and ensure our workforce meets volume, quality, and cost goals.
Collaborate with managers on HR strategies and actions (talent needs, recruitment, talent development).
Advise site management on talent matters to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, and data analysis.
Participate in agile projects, process improvement, culture, and change management.
Consult on hiring trends, labor laws, and HR policies.
Develop local recruitment programs, budgets, and network with job fairs, schools, and organizations.
Advise on policy interpretation, legal awareness, and employee relations issues.
Support HR Center of Excellence initiatives at the local level and educate employees.
5–6 years of Human Resources or related experience.
- Advanced HR functional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of multiple HR technologies and processes across functions.
- Health & medical insurance.
