Customer Service Agent (E-commerce)

Primarily responsible for providing direct customer service, support analysis, and issue resolution. This role will be focused on partnering with the internal teams to resolve customer service needs through proactive customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to meet service levels and ensure follow-ups
Educate customers on products, services, and billing inquiries
Maintain professional communication and accurate data records
Meet KPIs and contribute to team performance goals

1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
