We are seeking a regional manager to design, execute, and oversee employee benefit programs across LATAM. This role is essential to ensuring our retirement, health, and wellness programs remain competitive, compliant, cost‑efficient, and aligned with global Total Rewards strategies.
We are a large-scale manufacturing company, a global leader in the production, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, and related products.
Strong analytical capability to interpret trends, utilization, and financial data.
Demonstrated vendor management and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of regional benefit regulations and compliance.
Experience with global retirement and benefit programs.
Actuarial background or training.
Define and optimize regional benefit strategies aligned with global guidelines.
Support global initiatives, well‑being programs, pension de‑risking, and M&A processes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
Vendor Partner Management
Manage brokers and benefit providers to ensure service quality and cost control.
Lead contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
Data Analysis & Financial Oversight
Conduct benchmarking and support annual budgets with Finance.
Ensure benefit programs meet local regulations and global standards.
