Maintain, administer, and improve Linux and Unix‑based physical and virtual infrastructure across 20+ global locations.

Monitor systems proactively, analyze logs, and manage incidents, ensuring optimal uptime, security, and performance.

Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain critical cloud and on‑prem environments.

Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and automation initiatives.

Perform root cause analysis and post‑incident reviews to prevent future issues.

2+ years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration in production environments.

• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (KVM preferred, VMware or similar is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing).
• Experience with monitoring tools and log management solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes (ITIL‑based).
• Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) in a production environment.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) to automate routine tasks.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

Experience with JIRA Service Management, Confluence.

Version control systems knowledge (GIT, Mercurial).

Exposure to hybrid cloud environments.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Able to work in a 24/7 shift environment, with occasional on‑call duties.
