HR Manager english required

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations within the LATAM region, including recruitment, hiring and onboarding, employee relations, lifecycle management, and compliance. This position serves as a trusted business partner to management, providing expert guidance on HR-related topics and proactively addressing concerns .
Serve as a trusted business partner by providing accurate and timely information and assistance to the region's management team.
Manage recruitment activities within the ATS (applicant tracking system) including job description creation, candidate review, passive souring, and phone screens.
Communicate with managers regarding employee start dates and performance concerns.
Enter new employee data into internal HR systems and provide required documentation to payroll.
Partner with the VP- Human Resources to enhance employee centric benefits and programs.
Bachelor's degree with at least five years of Human Resources experience.
English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Sound analysis and decision-making skills.
