You'll participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, guiding the team in delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions on time and within budget. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll gather feedback, measure product performance, and iterate on features to enhance the user experience and drive business outcomes. With guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in product management, agile methodology, and stakeholder communication. Product Planning: Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, defining features, and release timelines based on business objectives and user needs. • Feature Prioritization: Understand how to prioritize features and enhancements based on their impact on user experience, business value, and technical feasibility. • Project Coordination: Observe and learn to coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope. • Testing and Validation: Learn and observe how user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of product features work to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations. • Performance Monitoring: Understanding and assisting in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success. • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features and enhance the overall user experience. • Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product management, seeking out learning opportunities to grow and develop in the role. • Provide support to customer-facing teams, including responding to customer inquiries, addressing product-related issues, and assisting with customer training and onboarding. • Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience. Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification on Computer Science.
