ICT Technical Lead

Looking for someone with advanced Duck Creek Claims experience to steer offshore execution for long-term claims modernization program. The role centers on evolving the claims function into a highly scalable, digitally driven, and intelligence-enabled operating environment.

This role will own day-to-day delivery, architectural alignment, and high-quality execution while
working in close coordination with onshore product owners, business stakeholders, and
engineering leadership.It would be great if they have deep, practical knowledge of Duck Creek
Claims (or similar claims platform) with an understanding of contemporary application
architectures and the ability to influence the development of modern claims solutions that leverage
automation, data, AI, and integrated third-party ecosystems.

Core Qualifications

• 7 years or more of progressive experience in information technology, including deep hands-on work with Duck Creek Claims (or similar claims platform) across configuration, integration development, business rules, and overall solution design.
• Demonstrated track record of leading full Claims system rollouts or executing complex, enterprise-level enhancements.
• Solid domain knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims operations and workflows.
• Prior work in a hybrid onshore/offshore team mix
• Strong command of agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution.

Additional Experience (Nice to Have):
Background in contemporary application architectures such as API-led designs, microservices, cloud-native platforms, and event-based systems.
Experience working with customer engagement platforms, digital self-service portals, or large-scale data and analytics environments.
Familiarity with applied AI or machine learning in claims contexts, including automation, decision support, or digital claims processing. (Clara Analytics is preferred)
Exposure to insurtech ecosystems, third-party claims data providers, and external system
