Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Training Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North.**Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, Training Manager role will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs aligned with corporate policies, operational needs, and compliance requirements, with strong focus on manufacturing and technical training environments.**Represent the company at educational events and job fairs, strengthening the employer brand and staying informed on talent trends.* Lead and mentor a small team focused on training and development execution.* The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience* Solid Experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR within manufacturing or SMT environments.* Experience in creating training modules and delivering technical training.* Strong knowledge of SMT and assembly processes.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.* English level: Advanced.* Life & Medical insurance.* Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
