About the Role
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific and be part of a team that’s making a real impact on a global scale. As an Account Manager III , you’ll help our customers advance science and contribute to a healthier, cleaner, and safer world. This role is based in Monterrey, Mexico .
What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth by managing and expanding key customer accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
Engage with customers both in-person and virtually to support their goals
What We’re Looking For
Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico
Master’s degree + 5 years of sales experience (scientific, lab, or healthcare preferred)
Background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical applications and customer workflows
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets
Comfortable working independently and in collaborative environments
Willingness to travel (50–75%) and valid driver’s license
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
