A Transportation Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing daily transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service. Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily transportation schedules, routes, and logistics.

Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Control and monitor transportation-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, and external vendors.

Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.

Solid commercial and operational awareness, with experience controlling costs and improving efficiency.

Experience managing operational budgets, transportation costs, and performance metrics.

Previous experience as a Transportation Manager, Fleet Manager, or similar leadership role.

Experience within hospitality, tourism, logistics, or service-oriented environments.

Degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
