Role : Sap Finance Control Consultant Location : Guadalajara
Years of Experience : 5+Years

SAP FICO Consultant:

5+ years of experience in SAP FICO module support

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules (Finance and Controlling).

Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution within agreed SLAs.

Analyze and resolve issues related to GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for debugging and enhancements.

Manage transport requests and ensure proper documentation.

Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Assist in minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing.

Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.

Knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS) is preferable, but not mandatory

Closely work with offshore SAP MM Consultant(s) for HOTO.
