Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

Serves as an extension of the account management team, ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests, project milestones, supply chain activities, and business operations. Success in this role requires strong discipline, ownership, prioritization skills, and the ability to distinguish what is strategically important from what is merely urgent. Track customer opportunities, projects, samples, and key milestones through production. Coordinate activities across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Teams. Maintain CRM records, account activity tracking, and business reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, or related business functions. Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools. A highly organized and responsive early-career professional who demonstrates strong follow-through, exceptional prioritization skills, and the discipline to manage multiple activities simultaneously while supporting NXP's strategic EMS partners. This position is designed as a development path toward future Account Management and Strategic Sales leadership roles.
