Job Summary:
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated systems for industrial processes. The candidate will work on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation solutions using PLC, HMI, and SCADA
Program PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Develop and configure HMI/SCADA interfaces for monitoring and control
Perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning
Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues
Work with electrical and mechanical teams for system integration
Maintain documentation for automation systems and updates
Ensure systems meet safety and quality standards
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation
Experience with HMI and SCADA systems
Understanding of electrical control systems and instrumentation
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
Experience in manufacturing/industrial automation projects
Familiarity with robotics or motion control (optional)
