We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and stay organized will be essential to providing a seamless service experience for both internal and external customers.

Receives customer orders (email, customer portal, EDI, phone) and enters them into the respective ERP system (SAP / customer portal).
Manages customer complaints, identifying and implementing solutions when they are related to Customer Service.
Handles consignment stock processes, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Experience in Customer Service is preferred; Good knowledge of standard office software.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
