We are seeking a Trilingual Operations Specialist in Mexico. This is an on-site work position, and individual will be required to report into our Mexico City office.

As a Trilingual Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ pre‑employment screening process. Your attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the screening process.

Trilingual in Spanish, English and Portuguese (verbal and written)

Position based in our Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST

Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.

Record confirmed information in First Advantage’s platforms, ensuring data integrity.

Perform quality checks to meet client‑specific standards.

Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.

Familiar with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Attend required internal trainings (e.g., Compliance, Privacy); attend business unit meetings; This job operates in a professional office environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, digital phones, smart cameras, webcams, photocopiers, scanners, calculators, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
