Executive Assistant (English Advanced)

Royal Caribbean Group’s Product development team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Executive Administrative Assistant reporting to the President, RCG Mexico.

This position is based in Cancun and will require some travel and flexible hours.

manages schedule and appointments, composes non-routine communication and general correspondence; addresses general correspondence and communications; Attends to phone and daily calendar for all meeting and, conferences, coordinates travel and makes all travel arrangements, prepares expense reports for executive; Oversees daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment to include office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, coordinating with vendors, etc.
Facilitates document management including preparing documents & gathering required signatures locally, organizing office files and tracking to completion.
Prepares expense reports, reviews invoices, and supports other executives in calendar management and travel scheduling as needed.
Addresses general inquiries from other executives or external vendors.
Maintains office policies and procedures, and ensures they are current to office needs.
Assists in preparation of presentations for meetings, compiles data, prepares material and reports for executives.
Research and review information for projects and report generation.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Must have excellent grammar and communication skills in Spanish & English.
Basic financial knowledge to perform responsibilities related to cost control to budget administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, Concur travel & expense reporting.
