Process Engineer English speaking

Process / NPI Engineer
Knowledge:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or medical industry.
Knowledge of Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation.
Experience with documentation management and change control.
Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
Experience with line balancing, process capability (CPK), DOE, and data analysis.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to follow up and close multiple activities simultaneously.
Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and process automation.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel when required (FATs)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to identify risks and escalate issues in a timely manner. Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize activities, and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
Main Responsibilities:

Follow up on cross-functional actions to ensure effective execution of assigned projects.
Implement new processes and production improvements.
Validate, test, and release production processes.
Identify risks, escalate issues, and propose timely solutions.
Maintain updated technical and process documentation.
Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
