Customer Success Manager (Remote)
Boomerang
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to activate and support new customers. Help customers with technical configuration and integrations.
Provide real-time support and video calls.
Proven experience supporting and implementing 3rd party integrations (API, webhooks, etc).
Experience in customer success, activation, and onboarding.
Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, and other online tools.
Experience working with CRMs such as GoHighLevel.
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make.
Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 proficiency).
Full-time position.
This is a fully remote role — candidates can be based anywhere.
