Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. **Ensure the timely and accurate calculation, processing, and payment of payroll, guaranteeing compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations, as well as providing support and assistance to employees and related internal areas.**### Responsibilities* Weekly payroll processing.* Validation of incidents (attendance, absences, sick leave, vacations, bonuses, overtime, and other variable concepts).* Review and calculation of legal and contractual deductions (IMSS, ISR, Infonavit, loans, alimony, etc.).* Calculation of severance and termination payments.* Calculation of bi-monthly variables.* Generation of payroll reports for accounting and taxes.* Issuance and stamping of CFDI payroll receipts.* Recording of accounting entries.* Management of movements in IDSE (hiring, terminations, and salary modifications).* Support in internal and external audits.### Minimum Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, finance, or related field.* 2–3 years of experience in the same or similar position.* Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).* Experience in tax calculations, IMSS contributions, SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, ISN.* Experience in CFDI stamping (current version).* Proficiency in Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred).* Payroll systems: Tress, Nomipaq, SAP, Workday (desirable).* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Responsible handling of confidential information.* Effective and clear communication.* Ability to work in a team.* Service-oriented and attentive to internal clients.* Analytical thinking for problem-solving.* Results-oriented and goal-driven.* Intermediate English -(desirable)Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
