We’re Hiring: Social Media Content Strategist (Remote – Mexico)
Are you a creative, data-driven social media expert who lives and breathes content? We’re looking for a Social Media Content Strategist to lead and execute high-impact social and YouTube strategies for a global client in the sports & gaming industry .
Lead the social media & YouTube strategy and operations
Manage always-on content, ensuring creative consistency and cultural relevance across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
Oversee real-time coverage of live events and games
Lead and mentor a team of community managers, designers & video editors
Analyze performance and optimize strategies based on data & insights
Stay ahead of social trends and emerging platforms
Drive fan engagement and audience growth through innovative content
Identify opportunities to monetize social platforms in collaboration with sales & partnerships
Build and execute editorial and marketing calendars
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure aligned execution
Lead content strategy for international markets (Mexico & Spain)
Support major events such as Super Bowl, Draft, and International Games
Develop workflows between local and global content teams
Partner with influencer marketing teams to create impactful activations
Build relationships with relevant creators & influencers
✅ 8–10 years of experience in social media & content strategy
- Strong background in content creation and team leadership
- Experience managing fast-paced, always-on social environments
- Passion for sports, gaming, and digital culture
- Based in Mexico (remote role).
