Influencer Marketing Specialist - Remote Work

TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned eyewear startup. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist . Your mission is to build, activate, and retain a massive, high-performing network of influencers and affiliates. Affiliate & Influencer Growth : Recruit and scale partnerships across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and LTK. TikTok Shop Mastery : Coordinate TikTok Live schedules with top-tier sellers and optimize listings for maximum GMV.
Gifting-Only Strategy : Use your persuasion and relationship-building skills to drive high-volume content without paid placement budgets.
Data & Performance Tracking : Maintain a rigorous database of all outreach. You know how to read a Seller Center dashboard and turn data into action.
Persuasive: You understand creator psychology and know how to motivate influencers to post consistently through gifting and community value.
2+ years in Influencer or Affiliate Marketing (Fashion/DTC preferred).
- Expert Knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center mechanics.
- Proven Track Record of generating sales through gifting-only or zero-budget strategies.
- S. digital trends and social media behavior.
