Business Analyst (Remote / Flexible)

Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.
This role acts as a bridge between Business and IT, helping deliver solutions that support commission and bonus calculations across multiple lines of business.
You will work in a fast-paced environment handling financial data, ensuring accuracy while contributing to system improvements, testing, and ongoing operations.
Act as a liaison between Business and IT to support system-related needs.
Understand business processes, systems, and objectives to provide effective solutions.
Perform impact analysis and support effort and cost estimation.
Support business case creation, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
Assist with application testing, implementation, and training activities.
Conduct quality checks on project deliverables.
Help prioritize day-to-day work in alignment with business needs.
Work with financial data to support commission and bonus calculations.
Assist with data extraction, validation, manipulation, and adjustments.
Experience working with data and supporting business or system processes.

Bachelors Degree
Data extraction and manipulation (entry level).
Attention to detail, especially when working with financial data.
SQL – Entry level (1–3 years).
Excel – Entry level (1–3 years).
