Role Description The Jefe de Tesorería is a full-time, on-site role based in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management. The role includes managing cash positions, coordinating payments and collections, supervising hedging activities, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. The Jefe de Tesorería will analyze financial data to support decision-making, optimize funding and investment strategies, and provide accurate reports to senior management. Collaboration with finance, accounting, and other internal teams is essential to maintain strong financial controls and support business growth.

Strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills to oversee daily liquidity and optimize financial resources.

Solid Finance knowledge and experience with Hedging to manage financial risks and support strategic decisions.

Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to treasury processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in a treasury or finance leadership role, preferably within a technology or services company.

Proficiency with ERP, treasury management systems, and Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools.
