Job Summary
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Sr HRBP. As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will recommend, plan, implement and coordinate a wide variety of Human Resource programs and policies and day‑to‑day personnel activities in accordance with legal, local, divisional and corporate guidelines. Additionally, you will provide support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. You will also prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Job Responsibilities
Follow up recruitment and selection process (Request requisitions tickets, Kick off meetings, Approve requisitions, Interviews, Follow up to offers/ approval, Data information HR Check list, Update talent format)
Ensure legal compliance (Labor Law, STPS, Repse, IMSS, Infonavit)
Ensure On‑boarding process is completed: Relocation as needed and immigration policy and process (where applicable), laptop, email, access, workplace, Eaton Buddy and guide to LOP's on the main responsibilities with the new hires
Follow up HR processes related Resignations and Terminations around Mexico
Ensure successful competition for the following annual compensation and benefits processes: Salary and market adjustments, band ranges, merit plan and Job Evaluations
Guides employees and supervisors in employee relations conflict resolution (absenteeism management, working schedules coordination, performance improvement action)
Ensure the compliance of Communication Plan (participate in monthly meetings, ensure Eaton Brand voice and materials are used in communications)
