Senior Frontend Software Engineer - Software Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our 250+ product and engineering team!
We enable the world’s largest brands to turn a single design into a global, high-performing campaign by creating fast, scalable, and intuitive creative experiences used at massive scale. We solve complex frontend challenges, from advanced state management to high-performance, canvas-based interactions.
We’re pragmatic about our technology choices, but primarily work with React and TypeScript to deliver a seamless and powerful design experience. We care deeply about engineering craft, product quality, and continuous improvement — always looking for better ways to build, simplify, and scale.
As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will:
Take an end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software.
Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
Be a core contributor to our Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable.
Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications with a mastery of frontend development.
Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles.
