We are currently searching for a System Engineer - L2:

Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.

Implement and maintain network security controls and infrastructure.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation , including network diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues and assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support business-critical applications.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) , monitoring and training junior engineers while leading complex projects.

Manage VoIP Call Manager services (Cisco, Nortel, Avaya), including call routing, hunt groups, and audio-related troubleshooting.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through the timely resolution of escalated and expedited projects.

In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure , including switches, routers, firewalls, WAPs, and WLCs .

Advanced understanding of Internet Protocols ( DNS, TCP/IP , ICMP) and components (proxies, gateways).

Strong technical support and customer-facing skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Availability for a 24/7 shift rotation.

5+ years of experience in the networking or telecommunications field.

• CCNA (Voice or Data) certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Systems.
• Advanced PC skills , particularly with MS Excel and Word .

Advanced Oral English.

Advanced Spanish.
