As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer orders from quote to delivery, resolve issues, and provide key insights to drive account success. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our Customer Support Team and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our offices in Monterrey, NL.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Expertise in Oracle Procurement modules.
Bachelor's degree as LAE, LNI, IGE, IIA, IMA, or related.
~2-3 years customer service experience.
Support Sales with overall sales strategy by partnering with the Sales Team on existing and new accounts .
Process and analyze customer forecast data weekly including review of historical trends, demand drivers, and forecast results .
Conduct conference calls/meetings with the Sales Team and management reviewing customer satisfaction, account performance levels, and leaner processing methods .
Advanced English level (Fluent).
Strong Excel skills.
