Sales Development Representative
Experience: 2-4 years in sales, or business development
Sales Strategy Development
Create and manage regional sales plans to meet annual targets.
Establish sales processes and performance metrics to optimize

Sales and Client Management
Team Expansion and Development
Collaborate with other departments to align commercial efforts with company objectives.

Monitoring and Reporting
Track sales pipelines and present performance reports, primarily using SalesForce.
Work closely with senior leadership to define growth strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, progress on business opportunities, and key account status.

Proven experience in consultative technology sales, proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, specifically in technology consulting, custom solutions, SaaS, and the IT industry.
Ability to build commercial processes from scratch.
Experience in sales in Mexico and LATAM (preferred).
Team management experience, demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams, setting performance goals and driving business growth.
Proficiency in client prospecting tools, such as: (LinkedIn, SalesForce, HubSpot, Apollo.Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Advanced English required (ability to interact with clients and international teams.)
