Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English Speaking)

We are looking for a dynamic and experience Customer Service Rep who will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service excellence to customers while operating within Guerbet’s company guidelines. Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports.

Processes and adjusts database for returned goods by entering orders, credits, etc. Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

Associate's Degree required - Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service department (medical/pharmaceutical experience is ideal).
• Experience in a customer service environment, retail, or another customer/social service venue.
• Should possess a comfort level of working with a large amount of line/computer/data entry (keyboarding) environment.
• Must be able to maintain multiple projects at one time.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to work on projects with minimal supervision.
• Advanced in Spanish and English – written and oral language skills is required.
• Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power B
