Talent Acquisition Partner (Bilingual - Spanish English)

The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts new hire retention. Participates and/or leads projects and initiatives to meet the recruitment goals and timelines. Provides leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.

Collects data and develops metrics from the Company Applicant Tracking Solution and other data points to effectively analyze key recruitment activity to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness.

Responsible for the coordination of Talent Acquisition at multiple locations.

In partnership with Site Human Resources, mentors and develops the TA personnel in the effort to continuously provide a learning environment which promotes excellence and growth.

Keeps informed about all TA-related legal and regulatory issues that are pertinent to their country and recommends changes to Corporate Human Resources as required.

Drives communication and teamwork amongst the TA teams to ensure there is continuous and comprehensive feedback from Operations on the quality of candidates.

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 7 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition

At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management or supervisory position

Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies to meet Company needs

Previous recruitment experience in a BPO or Call Center environment preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish required
