A well-established company is seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to join its team in Polanco. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a polished presence, and a proactive attitude who enjoys being the first point of contact in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings.

Handle correspondence, packages, and courier services.

Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.

Maintain front desk organization and ensure a professional office image at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or technical degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative/customer service roles (1–2 years preferred).

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Intermediate English is a plus.

Availability to work on-site in Polanco.
