Service Delivery Senior Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of mobile telecom solutions, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for telecom solution delivery;
Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, operations, and support to ensure seamless service delivery;
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, and take appropriate action to mitigate them;
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, including installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom solutions;
Provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management;
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction;
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction;
Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.

5+ years of experience in Service Delivery within the telecom industry

• Strong project management skills (PMP Certification is a plus)
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Advanced English level
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex telecom solutions and services;

Strong project management skills with experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to telecom solutions and services.
