The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and supporting the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry through delivery. Acting as a key link between customers and internal functions, the role coordinates with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, warehouses, carriers, Credit, and PSRA to ensure timely shipments, accurate documentation, and effective resolution of delivery and service-related issues. Receives customer orders (email, customer portal, EDI, phone) and enters them into the respective ERP system (SAP / customer portal).
Ensures timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and collaborative interaction with Sales/BU, order fulfillment teams, Credit, and PSRA.
candidates should have a basic understanding of Supply Chain, logistics, order fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation processes.
Good knowledge of standard office software.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, as the role interacts regularly with customers and stakeholders across the United States and operates within a global business environment.
