Position Summary A global organization supporting North American operations is seeking a Customer service, representative to provide administrative and operational support to teams in the United States.
This role is primarily back-office focused , responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, internal coordination, and operational continuity. Direct customer interaction is minimal and occurs only when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer orders, returns, and credit notes.
Support the resolution of customer-related issues through internal coordination.
Review daily order book reports and address discrepancies to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls.
Provide administrative and operational support to frontline Customer Engagement teams.
Perform additional operational tasks as required.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
Post-secondary education (e.g., Business Administration or related field).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer operations, or similar roles.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, C4C) is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Availability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone hours.
