Sales Team Lead (Remote)

Due to project expansion, we are looking for a Sales Team Lead who will own, build, and scale the Sales function from scratch to drive revenue growth across new, existing, and churned users.
Role Purpose
Own, build, and scale the Sales function from scratch to drive revenue growth across new, existing, and churned users. Act as a hands-on sales leader who personally performs outbound sales activities while designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes, tools, and strategies. Be fully responsible for Sales department growth, performance, and scalability, transitioning from individual contributor to team leader as the department expands.

Responsibilities
Personally conduct outbound sales outreach to new, existing, and churned users via phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, or other channels.
Drive user activation, reactivation, upselling, and cross-selling through direct communication and tailored offers.
Build, document, and optimize sales processes, scripts, funnels, and workflows from scratch.
Design and implement sales strategies focused on short-term revenue growth and long-term scalability.
Analyze sales performance metrics including conversion rates, reactivation rates, deposits, ARPU, LTV, churn, and revenue growth.
Identify gaps and propose improvement plans to increase sales efficiency and overall performance.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, VIP, and Risk teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Build sales reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards to ensure management visibility.
Establish the foundation for future Sales team hiring, onboarding, and training.
Gradually transition from hands-on sales execution to sales leadership as the department grows.
Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, responsible gaming standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Proven experience in hands-on sales roles with responsibility for revenue growth, preferably in iGaming, online casinos, betting, fintech, or high-volume digital sales.
Demonstrated experience in building sales processes or sales departments from scratch.
Strong outbound sales, reactivation, and negotiation skills.
Native Spanish and fluent English , both oral and written.
Strong leadership mindset with willingness to operate as an individual contributor at the initial stage.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze sales KPIs and user behavior.
Experience working with CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
