Recruitment & Selection Coordinator
Our client is a well-established and important multisector company, with operations across diverse industries including logistics, transportation, real estate, construction, leasing, and automotive. We are looking for a Recruitment & Selection Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in full-cycle recruitment , including middle management, staff, and high-volume hiring , preferably within industries such as logistics, transportation, real estate, construction, leasing, and automotive .
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Lead recruitment for middle management, staff, and high-volume positions
Track recruitment metrics and propose process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment and selection across different levels
Strong experience in mass hiring and operational recruitment
