What You’ll Be Doing

Design, develop, and optimize robust manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, ensuring stability, consistency, and world-class quality.

Drive our cost-reduction strategy by identifying and implementing value-added activities , process improvements, and innovative manufacturing methodologies.

Act as a key technical leader on the shop floor, applying your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and ensure machinery runs at rate and within specifications.

Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement , leading initiatives and mentoring teams to reinforce best practices across the facility.

Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless execution from design to production.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering .

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a metalworking or machining environment.

Proficiency in mechanical design using CAD software and a strong understanding of GD&T .

Hands-on experience with CNC programming .

Strong communication skills in English , with the ability to hold technical conversations with customers, suppliers, and global peers.
