Import / Export Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for International Logistics Coordinators to support both air and ocean freight operations , ensuring efficient execution of import and export processes while maintaining high service standards and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate air and ocean import/export shipments , ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Track shipments and maintain real-time visibility across all stages of the logistics process.

Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations .

Manage documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations .

Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring on-time delivery and service quality .

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Air and/or Ocean Freight (Imports & Exports)
• English level B2 / B2+
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and shipment coordination
• Experience with TMS, tracking tools, and logistics platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Location: Ciudad de Mexico, Guadalajara, Puebla, Queretaro, Nuevo León (On-site)
