Director of Business Planning and Operations

Main Contact (window person) with the Nissan Plants to communicate and secure the production scheduling in the short, medium (6‑month forecast) and long (business plan) terms approved by NIBU top management.
Analyze and explain the main drivers for production allocation variations versus previous forecasts and business plan in order to secure healthier stock levels and achieve all sales targets.
Coordinate and explain variations with Sales Field Force and Production Planning teams at each plant (communication with 8 Nissan plants).
Analyze shipments, transit times and inventory levels.
Demand planning coordination and analysis through the proposal and consolidation of allocation volumes, shipments, sales and stocks into the carflow for each NIBU market.
Perform free demand and allocation mix analysis by market, model and power‑train basis (engine + axle + transmission).
Coordinate the creation, updates and consolidation of business plan and each forecast carflow for all NIBU markets (36 countries).
Analyze outlook and closing information (wholesale, retail sales and stocks) in comparison to the carflow and business plan.
Create synergies and improve communication among Sales, Marketing, Finance and Exports through all the sales operations and planning process.
Prepare and adjust presentations for NIBU, regional and global executives.
Identify and anticipate R&O through all the sales planning process with a focus on product availability at each market.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, International/Business Administration, Marketing and/or related field.
English TOEIC 600 points; Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Cross‑functional and cross‑cultural communication and collaboration.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Power BI management.
