Process Engineer

The Process Engineer sustains, develops, plans, and implements necessary processes and tools to produce and deliver improvements for Operations. This role involves planning and implementing manufacturing process improvements to enable factory goals, serving both as an engineer and as a project manager across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and create product development processes and methods to achieve greater efficiency and desired product characteristics.

Define activities related to prototype manufacturing, including planning, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.

Maintain product health by monitoring and reporting product performance and results, and performing technical development activities.

Drive continuous improvement—making production cost‑effective, maximizing quality, and using available resources efficiently.

Specify and register BOMs in Oracle.

Provide Process Engineering support for local operations.

Make complex decisions that involve extensive research, analysis, and evaluation of multiple variables.

Contribute ideas and analysis of potential programs to add value to Operations.

Provide ongoing support for NTI and NPI activities and rollout support for NTI and NPI programs.

Support the Global Process Engineering team by responding to requests from other factories and participating in local and remote phone calls and meetings.
