What you’ll do:
Processes previous revisions to timecards/amendments (absence, OT, schedule changes); this responsibility is expected to diminish as leaders/supervisors transition to automated review and approval of OT and time off requests.
Imports any non-recurring deductions (glasses, badges, etc.) to the payroll system; maintains tracking to ensure that deduction does not exceed 30% of minimum income.
Is responsible for gathering recurring deductions (Child Support, Fonacot, Infonavit) and providing to Payroll Coordinators.
Assigns employee to “termination payroll” in TRESS once termination notification (automated) is received via EC notification to shared mailbox.
Prepare severance payment checklist to submit to Payroll Coordinator.
Prepares and manages import and export of WorkForce System file.
What is required:
Bussiness administrator or accounting.
Advanced English skills.
Knowledge in payroll – preference in timecard employee, vacation balances, severance payment calculations. Previous payroll process.
