We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to lead and execute development across our digital platforms. This role combines hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership , ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Develop and maintain applications using React / Next.js, Node.js, and Azure .
Collaborate with UX/UI, product, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security .
Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations .
3+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Strong experience with React / Next.js, Node.js, and Azure cloud services .
• Experience acting as a technical lead or senior developer .
• Advanced English required (Spanish/English bilingual preferred).
