Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Fp&A)

As a FP&A Manager , you will serve as the primary financial partner supporting the North America Commercial Chiller business. In this role, you will own the finance function, leading planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. As a FP&A Manager , you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the development, preparation, and consolidation of the annual financial plan
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with reporting calendars, including review, approval, and posting of transactions in local systems and HFM
Reviewing and reconciling P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting schedules within the corporate HFM system
Owning and managing the finance function for the North America Commercial Chiller business

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, and/or Accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
